Every plan includes MRR, net/gross revenue, customer metrics and cross-provider product grouping. Milestones you add by hand are unlimited on every plan; only events sent from your code count toward the monthly quota. Organizations
Run several products from one login: each organization (say, one per SaaS) has its own providers, dashboards, events, keys and settings, and you switch between them from the top of the sidebar. Your plan is yours and covers every organization; the limits in the table above apply to each organization separately, except the number of organizations itself. The All organizations view adds them up in one currency. If you downgrade below the number of organizations you have, the newest ones stay readable but their providers pause until you upgrade or delete one.
How quotas work
- Free — 3 manual syncs per calendar month.
- Starter — a daily budget shared between automatic and manual syncs.
- Pro — no sync quota; manual syncs are unlimited with a short cooldown between runs of the same connection.
Quota windows are counted in UTC.
Billing
Metricneed's own subscriptions are billed through Creem, which acts as merchant of record (it handles payment and tax compliance). You start checkout and manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings — you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
Downgrades never delete data
If you downgrade or a payment lapses, nothing is deleted. Connections beyond your new plan's limit are paused, and history older than the plan's window is hidden at query time. Upgrade again and everything is instantly back exactly as it was.
