How quotas work
- Free — 3 manual syncs per calendar month.
- Starter — a daily budget shared between automatic and manual syncs.
- Pro — no sync quota; manual syncs are unlimited with a short cooldown between runs of the same connection.
Quota windows are counted in UTC.
Billing
Metricneed's own subscriptions are billed through Creem, which acts as merchant of record (it handles payment and tax compliance). You start checkout and manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings — you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
Downgrades never delete data
If you downgrade or a payment lapses, nothing is deleted. Connections beyond your new plan's limit are paused, and history older than the plan's window is hidden at query time. Upgrade again and everything is instantly back exactly as it was.
