Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Metricneed (metricneed.com, the "Service"), operated by Uneed Platform, 20 rue du calvaire de grillaud, 44100 Nantes, France ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
2. The Service
Metricneed is a read-only revenue analytics dashboard: it connects to your payment providers with the credentials you supply and aggregates your revenue metrics in one place. The figures shown are informational — they may lag behind or differ slightly from your providers' own dashboards, and they do not constitute financial, accounting or tax advice. Your providers' records remain the authoritative source.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. One account represents one business entity; contact us if you need something different.
4. Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans are sold through Creem, acting as merchant of record: Creem is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment processing, invoicing and the collection of applicable sales tax or VAT. Creem's own terms apply to the purchase transaction. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. When you downgrade, nothing is deleted: connections over your new plan's limit are paused and history beyond the plan's window is hidden, and both come back instantly if you upgrade again.
5. Your data and provider API keys
You warrant that you are authorized to connect the provider accounts you connect and to let us read the data they contain, including your customers' personal data. We recommend creating read-only API keys where your provider supports them. How we store and protect this data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with its operation, no circumventing plan limits, no reselling the Service, and no use that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its design and its code remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. Your data remains yours.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that figures are error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by French law, our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of the metrics displayed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, after notice where practical. Upon account deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nantes, France. Questions: [email protected].
