Getting started
Metricneed documentation
Metricneed connects your payment providers and reconciles them into one dashboard — MRR, net revenue, customers and product breakdowns, in a single place.
What is Metricneed?
If you sell through more than one payment provider, each of them gives you a dashboard that only tells part of the story. Metricneed reads your revenue from every provider you connect and merges it into a single, consistent view — so your MRR, net revenue, customer count and per-product breakdowns finally mean the same thing everywhere.
There's no SDK to install and no checkout to change. You paste a read-only API key once, and Metricneed pulls your history through the provider's API.
Who it's for
Founders and finance-minded operators running a SaaS or digital product across several billing platforms who want one trustworthy revenue number instead of a spreadsheet stitched together by hand.
Supported providers
You can connect any combination of the following. The same product sold across several providers can be grouped so it rolls up into a single revenue line.
- Creem — API key (
creem_…) - Stripe — secret or restricted read key (
sk_live_…/sk_test_…) - Polar — organization access token (
polar_oat_…) - Lemon Squeezy — API key
- RevenueCat — V2 secret key + Project ID
- Gumroad — access token
What you get
- Unified revenue — every provider's sales in one chart and one MRR figure.
- Net, not gross — taxes and refunds already deducted.
- Cross-provider product grouping — the same product everywhere as a single line.
- Live updates — provider webhooks push new sales, subscriptions and refunds in real time (Pro).
